Treat yourself and your guests to a stroll down Santa Claus lane with decoratively-wrapped candy canes that whimsically wind their way down your walk.

Embellish sturdy plastic candy canes with pre-made red velvet bows and simply line them along your walk or driveway, leaving approximately 18" between each candy cane. String a garland of white lights between the candy canes, counting the light bulbs to make sure the swag is even and the spacing is the same between each candy cane. Secure the light swags to the velvet bows, making sure the lights are plugged into a grounded GFI outlet to prevent fire hazards. Flip the switch, and watch your house twinkle like a charming Christmas village.
