| 2 | scoops lemon gelato or sorbet |
| 3 | ounces citrus vodka, Absolut® |
| 3 | ounces Lemoncello (lemon liqueur) |
| Italian Prosecco or sparkling white wine | |
| Lemon slices, for garnish | |
- In a blender, combine gelato, vodka, and Lemoncello.
- Blend until smooth.
- Divide between 2 glasses, then add Prosecco to fill glasses.
- Garnish with lemon slices.
